We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We also partner with a large number of major medical and dental insurances, and as a courtesy to you, will assist in filing your insurance claims. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at North Andover Office Phone Number 978-655-4255. Many times, a simple telephone call can clear up any misunderstandings.
For patients interested in CareCredit financing, we have established a direct custom link to learn about, apply for, and even pay balances online. Follow the link here.
In an attempt to be as clear as possible, an Estimated Treatment Plan will be made prior to initiating treatment. This may be ready at your first visit, or may take several weeks for more complex treatment. Prior to commencing treatment, you will be required to pay the non covered portion of the treatment plan in full. This, however, is still an estimate, as the procedures ultimately performed can change based on the clinical scenario. We also do not have full control over your insurance carrier’s ultimate reimbursements. Every effort will be made to be as clear and transparent about fees and the payment process throughout your time with us.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to any actual procedures.
